Do you already have a PDA? You can go cheap
as use Adobe reader and download the PDF
version of the rule book, but searching is super slow. A far better option is Isilo,
a $20.00 program that runs on a variety of platforms, be it a PDA, Smartphone,
Laptop or the latest Netbook.
Before getting into the actual hardware, a
few thoughts about Isilo. The UP rules are available in two file formats, PDF,
which is an Adobe format and PDB, which is the Isilo format. Adobe reader is
free download available for almost any computer type device. Isilo on the other
hand will cost you $20.00, but is well worth the price, IMHO. The reason as
stated above is the speed of the search or find function, which can be real
tedious and slow on the Adobe reader.
